Our Yoga room is a spacious 800 square feet that accommodates 18+ students. It is a modern welcoming space meant to greet you with unconditional acceptance and love.
There are many class levels and styles of Yoga to choose from ranging from HOT Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. We also offer Sound Meditations, Warrior Fit , and Children’s Yoga. The instructors at Harmony Yoga Center have studied multiple styles of yoga and training, each specializing in alignment and body mechanics.
Our goal is to create a community in which you feel welcome and supported as you connect with your body, your mind and your spirit. At Harmony Yoga Center we encourage you to love fully, laugh often, share your creativity, make mistakes, and live life to its fullest.
