JANA

I have been practicing yoga since 2005. I came to yoga after I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. In 2017, I joined a local 200 hour teacher training, and quickly followed with a 500 hour teacher training in Corvallis. I have been teaching yoga ever since. Teaching has always been a part of my life - I taught Kindergarten for 29 years - and I plan to continue sharing this beautiful practice for many years to come.

BETH

Beth’s love and passion for life is evident in her teaching. She combines her knowledge of Yoga philosophy, alignment principles and multiple styles of yoga to create a beautiful and enlivening yoga experience. She specializes in yoga with therapeutic elements and yoga for those with scoliosis, combining yoga and functional weight training. She also specializes in working with those that have hypermobility, teaching them how to find mid range in their yoga practice and strengthening with closed chain exercises and weights.
